A Brief History

The Real Estate Home Buyer’s & Investment Guide is a full-size high-quality monthly Real Estate Publication, that utilizes widespread distribution across Central, Northern and Eastern Arizona, as well as on-line technology to provide expansive exposure for our advertisers. Keith Zahnter, father of the current owner, Deana Zahnter, (pictured above) started the publication in 1982, and since that time it has remained a local family-owned and operated small business.
